Hi & welcome to Pettell. Huskys are absolutely wonderful (that's why we have two) and can definately be trained but it takes alot of love and patience. Ours are trained to be off leash as well as do many commands but the training never ends and you must always remain persistant in getting them to do what you want them to do. We have been working with them since they were puppies and make sure that they get to go to our local dog park as much as possible to not only be solialized but also to release alot of their energy so they are pretty calm once we get home. We also have an e-collar for both of them that will give a high pitched noise (they respond to the noise so we do not use the static shock part of it), but only need to use the collars occasionally because they basically do as they are told. We also spend alot of time with them....Please keep adding pics we love seeing pics of other huskys.
